Tours leave from Siem Reap town every day between 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The drive to Mechrey is about 33km, taking over one hour, with your visits to the War Museum and Silk Farm happening along the way. At Mechrey, you’ll explore the village by boat, seeing how local people live. Please know that Tonle Sap water levels change with the seasons, making the village look different. If the water is high enough, our boat will visit the pagoda; if not, we will focus on seeing the unique village homes.
