Cancellation Policy for Day Tours (Without Accommodation):

– Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

– Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.

– Any amendments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Personal Insurance & Responsibility:

Participation in Inspire the Journeys tours or activities requires all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance for the entire duration of the trip. The insurance must cover medical expenses and emergency evacuation.

Given the nature of our tours and destinations, Inspire the Journeys is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay, or inconvenience experienced from departure until return. Our guides, drivers, and support staff are not liable for such incidents.

Late Arrival Policy:

– If you are late for a tour or miss the pickup time, we will do our best to help you join the group, though a small fee may apply depending on the group’s location.

– If joining the group is not feasible, it will be considered a no-show, and a full cancellation fee will apply.

– If you arrive late and decide to cancel, it will also be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Child Policy:

– Only children aged 8 years and above are permitted to join.

Inspire the Journeys Private Tours:

– There are no age restrictions. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.
